I'm over the minimalism thing as my long post shows. Apple seems more concerned with what new animojis are hot, or what ports they can remove to frustrate users even more. At least Ableton and Steinberg have a vested interest in solving issues since these are flagship products. It's a different workflow, but the results work in the end. I may try Cubase or Studio One later this year, but Ableton covers what I need. With Apple I had to make numerous complaints before they even bothered to respond only to give up soon after. I've never had a crash issue with them, but any questions I've had have been answered quickly and concisely. As much as I loved Logic Pro before, I love Ableton more since they actually listen to users. Using Your Instruments > Adding Instruments to DAW MuLab 7. Maybe I am the only one with this issue worldwide, but I find that hard to believe.Ībleton Live 11 Suite is running with no issues or crashes so it's my new main DAW. Using Your Instruments > Adding Instruments to DAW MixCraft. Mike from Apple support said I'm the only person experiencing this, and the issues continued despite all the troubleshooting we went through - including three reinstalls after various tweaks that did nothing. Apple support actually did get back to me about it, but gave up when they couldn't find a cause for the crashes on my M1 Mac. I used to love Logic Pro, but the latest update caused it to crash on opening (Garage Band and Mainstage as well).
